We are members of the BIHA – (British Inflatable Hirers Association) and have full public and employer’s liability insurance which no reputable Inflatable hire company can run without.

We have terms and conditions of hire which are listed below and in order for us to hire any unit these must be complied with. This will ensure that we will always be able to provide a safe, clean and professional service and make your party a safe and fun place to be.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE :

The safe operation of the castle becomes the hirer's responsibility once set up.

1. Strictly no adults or children over 14 years of age on all equipment. Unless hiring our adult equipment .

2. Shoes must be removed, socks must be worn.

3. No toys or sharp objects on the inflatable.

4. A responsible adult must supervise at all times.

5. Safety mats and ground sheets must be left in place at all times.

6. Do not allow children to climb the walls or jump off the top of the slide.

7. No children with any medical condition (e.g. brittle bone, temporary injuries).

8.There should be no tampering with the appliance once inflated and securely fastened although regular checks on ties, pegs and fans should be carried out.

9. Limit the number of children to all inflatable to a safe number depending on age and size.

10. No food, drink, lollys, silly string a cleaning deposit is payable on delivery of unit.

11. Do not attempt to clean the unit with anything but soapy water.

12. Avoid having older and younger children on the unit at the same time.

13. Two recent forms of identity must be provided.

14. First aid must be supplied.

15. I/We understand that if there is any damage to or loss of the equipment we will be responsible for repair or replacement of the said equipment. If found to be damaged from incorrect use during the hire that was not noted upon delivery and erection.

16. All pets must be kept away from the unit at all times.

PLEASE NOTE Cleaning deposit may not be refunded if the unit is found to be not cleaned prior to collection.
